HISTORY

2024 :: Attack of the Beavers — It's difficult to evict my kinfolk (engineers) but beavers are damming up culverts all over the property; possibly displaced by hurricanes or just over population.  Lucky for them, I have started a very large pond project to raise catfish in.  It involves 1.5 acres of deep ponds to have enough dirt for a horseshoe enclosure, creating a seven acre pond.  Learned in May, evil-neighbor dumped a highly toxic chemical near the property line.  Police Chief warned it was highly lethal, hazmat crew was engaged in clean up.  While I knockdown beaver dams clogging culverts weekly and deal with a crazy neighbor, I remain focused on finishing levy system this year.

2022-23 :: Encroachment — Bought three parcels connecting my land to the East Village (subdivision).  After completing two acres of pondage in the center of the property, rescuing large concrete culverts scoured out by Hurricane Michael, and cutting trails to explore the south, I began clearing the three parcels and discovered a neighbor was trespassing (laying the groundwork for an adverse possession attempt).  Shutting that down took time (police, courts).  Watch the movie: Pacific Heights.  Meanwhile, developed land connecting to the Village; creating new access trails, ponds and parcels for sale.  One has a 200-foot long dirt bridge to cross the north-south Muck River (my name for it, accurate).

2021 :: Free Energy — Home/Land/Machine repairs and improvements continue along with useful inventions.  Big item is release of Water Project to the world.  → PDF(Discovery) PDF(Graphic Summary)   Thermal Exchange   ←  Motor   Gravity Turbine   Engine  →     Summary of physics laws and their ignored components, Nature's perpetual solution, Ignored energy sources and properties, and Gregorek's two perpetual cycles. Perpetual Motion is a dirty phrase.  Re-branded as Free Energy can it be discussed without immediate rejection.  Truth is, Nature already does it.  Otherwise, Niagara Falls would have run dry millennia ago.  Gravity is a Constant, Limitless.  The trick is employing cheap state-changes to get Gravity to indirectly push, turning weight into bouancy and back.

2020 :: Invention — Home/Land/Machine repairs and improvements continue, generating several useful inventions.  Surviving the Great Cooties Scamdemic along with more pond and canal digging for drainage and berm creation.  Several paths cut through forest/swamp.  Next home site cleared and raised.

2019 :: Ponds — Home, yard, and equipment repairs, clearing and maintenance.  Major accomplishment is excavation of four ponds ranging from a sixth to third acre.  Cleared roughly twenty acres of heavy brush and raised four acres around ponds.

2018 :: Home Built — Legacy Homebuilders Dothan was the builder used.  A complete nightmare.  Two month job, incomplete after four and a half months.  Rarely onsite to inspect sub-contractor work.  Questionable accounting, double billing, poor workmanship, warranty items and job abandoned.  I will not hire this company or its associates.  Do the work yourself! Dry-In build saved me lots of money by doing the trimwork (tile, paint, baseboards, cabinets, ...) myself.  Average savings factor of EIGHT.  Do it yourself and move the decimal point on some tasks!  Use online resources to sub-contract out large tasks like framing, electrical, sheetrock, ...
