Below is a diagram of land, topology rising in ten foot intervals from the deep green baseline of two-hundred-fifty feet. The red-box is a single-wide mobilehome, and the red-dashed line marks the cut off for the pond to be dug above it and contained within the bold-green line -- it would form a six acre pond; this will be reduced to four with the appropriate vertical shift in the dashed-red line. I'll focus on clearing and leveling the north-forty and railway access in the end-o-year trip.
